Master Classes in Pork

Welcome to our Masters Class in Pork. Charcuterie, Whole Hog Breakdown, Seam Butchery, the business of Whole Hog Roasting, all for the delicious side of Pork.  Then we have raising the pork, farrowing methods and pasture raising…bringing the Pork to the table.

Our Event will be held on March 26th and March 27th in Eldon Missouri at Shawnee Bluff Vineyard with one of the most beautiful views of the lake area.

Come in on Friday and join us for a night of bar-b-q and bonfire.
